To keep pace with the automotive industry in Australia, Chief Products shifts the majority of our manufacturing off-shore. After 6 months of extensive research, we decide to move our manufacturing to Thailand. The new factory is located in ‘The Detroit of Asia’, a few kilometres from major factories for Ford, General Motors, BMW, Mazda, Toyota, ARB and many more.
Moving off-shore allows us to lower manufacturing costs by 30%-40%. We use these lower costs to increase quality, lower prices and increase profit margins.
