Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for an exchange or refund, as long as you meet the following conditions.

CONDITIONS
• Returns must be within 30 days of purchase.
• Original freight fees are not refundable.
• Item must be in as-new condition with original packaging and labels.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Limited edition products.
• Personalised products, (i.e. engraved, monogrammed, etc.).
• Perishable products, (food, flowers, etc.).
• Downloadable software products.
• Any products marked, "Used" or “As Is”.
• Gift Cards.

FREIGHT CHARGES
• Items are returned to us at your expense.
• Items are sent back to you at our expense.

To return your product please repackage it to prevent transit damage and send to:

Please include a copy of the original invoice along with a note explaining what you would like. Please consider using a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance. Chief Products is not liable for lost return parcels.
